MARMAS recognised the importance of online surveys early on. In 2003, MARMAS conducted a decisive joint analysis of competitors in the computer specialist press. The study, which was conducted in the committee eLAC as an onsite survey, was followed by numerous similar projects with a particular focus on print and online media.
MARMAS conducts online interviews using mobile apps as well as the browser. Web based surveys use onsite recruitment, offline recruitment (by phone, f2f, and in written), or are based on specific customer lists. Furthermore, MARMAS uses several internet access panels.
